Creamy Blueberry Smoothie

The days are so nice out, it hardly feels like February! It's warm enough to drink smoothies for breakfast and pretend it's spring :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups water Local
- 0.75 cup frozen blueberries Local
- 1.5 whole frozen bananas
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 leaves organic romaine lettuce
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen Local
- 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 0.5 tablespoon honey Local
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until well-mixed!
Kitchen Wisdom
The entire recipe fills a 32-ounce bottle nicely so it’s a great on-the-go meal. It makes a beautiful purple colour! Add more blueberries or honey to taste if your kids want something sweeter.
