So moist and SO delicious! This is the perfect recipe for any time you need chocolate cake. Be it for cupcakes or layer cakes, this one is my go to recipe. Perfect for vegans as it is free of any dairy and other animal products yet it\'s easy to substitute several of the ingredients. I often add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the dry ingredients for an extra kick!
